About OLAF
OLAF Strategic Planning

The Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation is committed to equal access to justice and will work to assure that resources, programs and services exist statewide to serve the unmet civil legal needs of Ohio's poor.

The Foundation is currently engaged in a new organizational planning process. A key objective of the planning effort is to take a broad look at the legal services delivery system in Ohio in order to identify its strengths, weaknesses, and areas with gaps. The findings from this scan of the delivery system will be used by OLAF to inform decisions about how resources available to the system might best be utilized. Please return to this page soon to obtain more information about this process.

On September 6 and 7, 2001, the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation  (OLAF) board and staff participated in a strategic planning retreat.  The purpose of the retreat was to affirm OLAF's existing mission and to outline its vision for the coming years. Learn more about this successful planning process.

The Foundation is also an integral partner in the delivery of civil legal services in Ohio. Please review the 2004-2007 Ohio State Plan to learn more about Ohio's efforts to "Move closer towards achieving a comprehensive, integrated legal services delivery system."
