 Denis J. Murphy Fellowship Program

We are extremely proud that the young men and women serving as Murphy Fellows carry forward Denis’s vision and his spirit as advocates for the most vulnerable by creating programs that raise individuals out of poverty, as well as promoting self-sufficiency and economic stability. Their innovative approaches to the delivery of legal services that focus on the most urgent legal needs will impact the lives of low-income individuals throughout Ohio for many years to come.

These bright and dedicated law school graduates are the future leaders of our legal aid delivery system. Their commitment to public service is critical if we are to ensure that sufficient resources exist statewide to provide high-quality legal representation to Ohio’s most impoverished citizens.
