Ohio's Legal Aids

The Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation, Inc. administers distributions from the legal aid fund to Ohio's legal aids, which collectively serve all 88 Ohio counties. In addition to funds distributed by the Foundation, legal aids rely on numerous other public and private funders for support. With the financial support of the Foundation and others, each of these organizations provides legal counsel and problem solving - at no cost to a client - to help them achieve justice for themselves and for their families. Ohio's legal aids together are still only able to assist one out of every four low-income persons in need of civil legal help.
